SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
The Client shall reimburse the Designer, within 8 days from the bill date, should he, his Consultants or their staff incur the following:
Expenses of travel being the actual Return Air Fare or return First Class A/C train fare or taxi fare for travel beyond 50 km from our Office.
Incidental out of pocket expenses, lodging and boarding expenses on actual when the travel extends more than 50 Km distance from our Office.
