Client shall provide all required basic details and information regarding the project to carry out design, detailing and execution.

Client shall provide necessary permits and clearances for carrying out the works.

Insurance coverage shall be provided by the Clients.

Incidental and out of pocket payments to be paid to statutory authorities having jurisdiction over the project and obtaining approvals and clearances from the same.

Any work beyond the boundary limit of the site/plot.

Expenses of advertisement for tenders, professional photography for publications, presentation architectural models and other uses for the Client.

Any services not covered under the proposal are excluded from our scope.
